It's official

I hate being cold! Winter offers very little to me in the way of comfort. Nonetheless, it does have a certain beauty as you can see from this Christmas gift in my garden.

    Then you would hate living here, Jacqui, we have been frozen in over the holiday period and there's more snow promised. We managed to drive to the supermarket, it was as a necessity, I have the usual elderly couple here for a meal on Wednesday and no fresh vegetables. The central heating is on full, I'm wearing a jumper, but in my north facing study it is hard to feel completely comfortable. It has been up to -19 degrees one or two nights, and like you, I hate the cold!

    Not enjoying the cold here either - the beauty of tall Victorian windows does not hold true in sub zero temperatures. The moon however still looks glorious as it sees the old year out and the new one in in magnificant full mode. Happy New Year Sister. love ya lots xxx
